Travel Grant

The EFC project supports the participation of PhD students to the event with:

4 travel grants supporting national mobility;

2 travel grants supporting international mobility

This year, through the Monique H. Bourgeois Chair supported by the François Bourgeois Foundation, Montreal, Canada, we will support 3 award recipients to attend and present their work at the 2026 DISCOURSE meeting in Pavia, Italy.

  1. Bourgeois Chair DISCOURSE Award of C$1000.  This is awarded in reference to the relevance of recipient’s work to the area of developmental disorders.
  2. Bourgeois Chair DISCOURSE Rising Star Award of C$1000. This is awarded in reference to the relevance of your work and continued contribution and its potential to the study of language in psychiatric disorders.
  3. Bourgeois Chair DISCOURSE Open Science Award of C$500. This is awarded in reference to the potential of your contribution to be applied to the open-source datasets that are being made available through the consortium.
