Local Information
The University School for Advanced Studies IUSS Pavia is located in Piazza della Vittoria 15, 27100 Pavia (Italy). The School is in the city center of Pavia and can be easily reached within a 10-minute walk away from the Pavia railway station and most carparks (more info on the School can be found at the bottom of this page).

The University School of Advanced Studies IUSS Pavia is located in the XII-century Palazzo del Broletto. The building is placed in Piazza della Vittoria (formerly Piazza Grande), and it’s the oldest palace in the whole of Lombardy. This palace was the residence of Pavia’s bishop; after following buildups, it became Pavia’s town hall.
The Palazzo del Broletto has a collonaded inner courtyard with a beautiful view of the majestic apsis of the Cathedral.
